Without sounding like a complete kiss-arse/suck up/brown nose and other various insults,

It's run by past students who have just graduated. It's enough motivation for me
to get my arse into gear and keep working hard. Some beautiful work on their site and they've been featured on quite a few well known design blogs. I keep telling myself that this could be me soon if I work hard enough.
