Leave before the lights come on.

I know I'm being a bit biased as it's one of my favourite songs but it's a fantastic music video which relates really well with the song. The thing I most enjoy about this video (apart from the music) is how you find out more about the woman character as the video goes on. I feel the viewer is tricked into believing the woman is suicidal and desperate which in turn makes us sympathise with her. What is clever about the direction of the video is that the narrative gets turned on it's head and continues down a path we do not initially predict. The video also runs in a cycle so it starts when it finishes and vice versa.
All of this combined adds up to a well executed video and you really feel like you know alot about the characters in such a short amount of time.
